We love that you want to refer us. Really, we do. But to keep things clear, smooth, and drama-free, here are the fine print details you actually want to read.

Who's Eligible to Refer

• Anyone can refer—clients, friends, former colleagues, baristas who overheard us talking about IT.

• You don’t have to be a Chibitek customer (but we’ll still love you more if you are).

Who Counts as a Legit Referral

• Businesses only. No side hustles, solo freelancers, or your cousin with a Chromebook and dreams.

• Must be in the U.S., actively hiring or using IT services, and a good fit for Chibitek.

• A “qualified” referral must:

  • Have at least 20 users/seats

  • Be open to a 2-year minimum agreement

  • Be willing to meet with us live (virtually or in-person)

Payout Details

• $250 when we meet with your referral.

• $500 when they sign a managed services agreement.

• Payments via ACH, PayPal, or Amazon Gift Card.

• Please allow 90 business days after each milestone to process.

The Legal-ish Stuff

• You must be the first to refer that contact.

• Referral must be new to Chibitek.

• Our Master Services Agreement always prevails.

• Referral must close within 3 months to qualify for $500 payout.

• We reserve the right to disqualify unqualified leads.

What Doesn’t Count

​

• Companies with under 20 users

• One-off projects with no long-term agreement

• Random leads from your inbox or LinkedIn spam folder

• Leads that ghost us after one vague conversation
