By texting Chibitek's support line or by providing your mobile phone number through our client onboarding form, service portal, or Managed Services Agreement (MSA), you expressly consent to receive SMS/text messages from Chibitek, Inc. related to:

How You Opt In
You may opt in to receive SMS communications from Chibitek by any of the following methods:

Texting our support number — By sending a text message to our support line, you are providing express consent to receive SMS replies related to your IT support request.

Client onboarding — By providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to receive SMS communications during onboarding via our client service portal.

Managed Services Agreement — By signing a Managed Services Agreement (MSA) that includes consent to receive service-related SMS communications.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your IT support activity and service events. You will only receive messages related to active support requests, service notifications, or security alerts. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.

Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan.
Opt-Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from Chibitek. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS communications will be sent. You may re-opt-in at any time by texting our support number.
